I would recommend SK Motors to friends and family because every member of staff I encountered was extremely helpful, friendly and polite, from the person who answered my phone call, the sales person who dealt with me. He explained all I needed to know in a warm friendly manner, left me alone with the car I was interested in, to make up my own mind, then he explained all the extras I could add If I wanted, but he didn't try to push me into any deals like other car sales people do. He was a very nice chap indeed. Although I live in Cheltenham I WILL be visiting SK Motors again for my next car! And lovely coffee too!!

I needed a car very quickly but didn’t have time to look around. Came across SK motors just thinking I’ll have a look around as my car knowledge is basic and was a bit anxious. Usually car sales people are very full on and pressure you. The sales people here were very professional and offered me advice and guidance without pressuring me into buying something. I felt really relaxed and ended up really liking a Hyundai i30 which was also within my budget. Customer service is excellent and also the after sales service. I left feeling very confident and happy about my purchase and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Honestly they are really good, what else can I say very professional, kind, competent staff all round. Thank you for making my experience so easy and wonderful

Don't Buy a Car From This Dealership!

I went to Birmingham on 28 Aug looking for a car for my daughter. I spoke with a dealer named Rebel, I drove the car around and Rebel assured me the car had undergone an extensive inspection and safety check. I called him back the next day and placed a deposit on the car. on 31 Aug I purchased the car. On Friday the 29th of September my daughter was driving home and she was having issues with the car. She managed to get home. I have been traveling and just arrived back in the UK on 3 Oct. After looking at the car it appears the clutch has failed. On Wednesday 4 October I called Rebel and sent an email to the company mailbox. Rebel said his manager would contact me. I received a call from Imran on Wednesday after. I explained the problems I had with the car and he refused to refund me for the car. He said that even if he did refund me for the car he'd charge me for wear and tear and administrative cost. I tried to explain that the fault developed within the 30 day period, but he said I contacted him outside of the 30 days. The dealership must be avoided.
